Shipping Policy


Processing Time
All orders are processed one day a week only. Please be patient while we gather and curate your special items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on or during holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to two weeks. Bulk orders may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Echo Art Studio cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.


International Shipping
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.


Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost damaged or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier for assistance.


No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue within reason.


Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
